Veggies bad for your teeth?

So, you've heard sugar causes cavities and high-acid carbonated drinks give you cavities, but now what the heck?? Eating your vegetables can be bad for your teeth?

Well, not so fast there, it look like roasting some types of vegetables, mainly those in ratatouille (or exactly as in my Provencal Vegetable Gratin can increase the acidity of these vegetables, possibly raising your risk of dental caries. Maybe. To be safe, you can counteract the actions of this acid by brushing after each meal--you do that anyway, right? Or by eating some aged cheese, this will also help offset the acid.

Now, eat your veggies!
